*If you don't need a nut free cookie dough then you can use this one. 1 cup almond flour, 1 tablespoon coconut flour, 3 tablespoons coconut sugar, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon baking soda, 2 tablespoons cashew (or almond) butter, 2 tablespoons ghee, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3 tablespoons mini dairy free chocolate chips. Mix together and roll into 1 teaspoon balls.
