Paleo Vegan Cinnamon Roll Bites


Rolling mixture


  • In a medium bowl, combine the cashew butter and maple syrup and stir until smooth. Add in the almond flour, coconut flour, and salt. Mix well until dough is formed. It may seem too dry at first, just keep mixing to incorporate the ingredients.
  • In a small bowl, combine the coconut sugar and cinnamon. Remove 1 tablespoon for rolling and sprinkle the rest onto the dough. Mix gently, so a swirl is formed. Scoop into 1 tablespoon balls, roll between palms and then roll in the reserved cinnamon sugar. Place in a glass container. Repeat until dough is all used, it should make 18 bites.
  • Cover and store in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
