- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 14.5 oz can diced fire roasted tomatoes
- 1 28 oz can crushed fire roasted tomatoes
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Brown the beef and drain and excess fat.
Add the onion, tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
Cook on medium-low heat for 30 minutes or up to several hours if desired.
Serve over zucchini noodles, baked potato, or sweet potato
