Paleo Whole30 Berry Chicken Salad


  • 2 pounds cooked chicken cut into bite size pieces. About 4 cups.
  • 1 pound organic strawberries chopped (2 cups)
  • 1 cup organic blueberries
  • 1 cup paleo mayo
  • 1/4 cup chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • Chopped pecans for topping


  • In a large bowl, combine chicken, strawberries, blueberries, mayo, chives, and salt. Stir gently until everything is evenly coated.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Serve over lettuce (if desired) and top with pecans right before serving.
