Paleo Low FODMAP Ranch Dressing
diced fresh chives
chopped fresh dill
cracked pepper to taste
In a small bowl, combine mayo, chives, dill, parsley, garlic oil and pepper. Stir until mixed and store in the fridge.
This is a good consistency for dipping. If you want a thinner dressing for a salad, stir in a couple tablespoons almond milk (or coconut) until desired consistency.
