Paleo Whole30 Instant Pot Meatballs

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 pound grass-fed ground beef
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon garlic oil
- ¼ cup chopped green onion
- 1 24oz jar marinara
Place a small layer of sauce in the bottom of the Instant Pot
Mix meat together with salt, Italian seasoning and garlic oil. Roll into heaping tablespoon balls, make about 26. Place the in the Instant Pot on top of the sauce. They can be layered.
Cover with the remaining sauce and top with green onion.
Cook on high 8 minutes, naturally release 5-10 minutes
*If you don't need them low FODMAP, use ½ teaspoon garlic powder in place of the garlic oil. Use any marinara you like.
*Use sensitive marinara for low FODMAP
