Paleo Sunbutter Protein Bars (Copycat Peanut Butter RXBar)

Servings: 10 bars



  • Place sunflower seeds, sunbutter, and dates into a food processor or high powered blender. Process until mixture starts to come together.
  • Add in the egg white powder and salt and process, adding a tablespoon at a time until the mixture is mixed. Process on high for a minute before adding more water.
  • Press into prepared pan and refrigerate.
  • Cut into 10 bars.


*I like to use collagen usually in place of the egg white powder to add more nutrients. HERE is the one I use.
