Easy Paleo Chocolate

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil measured as liquid
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey more if you like sweeter chocolate
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt



  • Place coconut oil, cacao powder, and honey in a sauce pan and heat over medium heat until combined. Use a whisk to make sure all lumps are gone.
  • Remove from heat and stir in any additions.
  • Once smooth, pour into molds or onto a tray and place in the freezer for at least an hour to harden.
  • Remove from molds and store in the freezer. They will melt at room temperature because of the coconut oil.


*use refined coconut oil for no coconut taste
