In a large pan over medium heat, cook beef for 5 minutes breaking up with a spoon as it cooks. Add in the salt, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika.
Add in the milk broth, coconut, amino, and water and then add in the dry pasta cook for 15 to 18 minutes with a lid on string occasionally or until pasta is cooked through, stirring regularly to make sure pasta doesn't stick together.
Serve hot, can add shredded cheese on top if desired.
