I have partnered with two of my friends to bring you 30 days of Whole30 meals. Amy from Wholesomelicious and Michele from Paleo Running Momma are great bloggers who have so many delicious recipes. Together we came up with many flavorful meals and a wide variety of dishes so you won't be bored on your Whole30.
To set you up for success, be sure to have basic pantry items you will be using throughout the 30 days! This "must have" pantry list is super helpful. Also, keep munchies such as fresh veggies, fruits, nuts, for those many times you will be hungry (trust me). Always keep on hand to help with snacking:
Tahini Dressing (can be used to dip veggies or for salads)
Creamy Avocado Dressing (can be used for salads or a dip)
The plan. Below you will find links to all recipes that are tried and true reader favorites and Whole30 approved. The breakfasts are just a few ideas to use throughout the week; some are more time consuming, but are great treats for the weekend. Others can be made ahead and refrigerated as "grab and go" breakfasts when you have a busy morning. Instead of listed by day, they are lumped together for the week. Dinners and lunches are specific to the day. Some dinners will have plenty of leftovers for another night or lunch. Some lunches can also be made ahead on the weekends for easy planning. All meals with a *** means you can make them ahead on the weekends to use throughout the week!

First off I want to say thank you so much for this. I followed a lot of your recipes in my first Whole30 so when I saw you post this list I was so excited to try it again. I decided to follow this plan instead of just tossing approved foods on a plate like I did last time. This time it was such a breeze I sometimes forgot I was even on it. The variety you provided was amazing! I wanted to write this review to give you guys feedback and help out someone who is interested in following this plan for the future.
My advice for someone who is following this plan is watch out for serving size! The majority of these recipes are 4-8 servings and unless you are cooking for a family or you like eating the same thing over and over, HALF IT! And I'm serious!
One criticism I do have is for the recipes from Wholesomelicious. Every time I tried one of those recipes it was either a disaster or very mediocre. I feel like most of the recipes are either too vague in the directions, have advanced techniques and ingredients or simply aren't tested enough. By the third week, I was completely skipping any recipe that came from this website.
That being said, I am SO happy to have found Paleo Running Momma. I think the majority of the recipes I made were from that website and every one was absolutely delicious! I literally made the Breakfast casserole every week. Bravo to you!
Finally for anyone wondering about cost, this is my breakdown. I ate out for 3 meals the entire 30 days, every other meal I cooked in my kitchen from this plan. I did have some food waste for when a recipe didn't turn out (walnut piccata chicken) or when I followed the full serving size (potato leek soup) and I have A TON of nuts leftover.
Week 1: $200
Week 2: $166
Week 3: $105
Week 4: $121
Divide the total by 90 (3 meals a day for 30 days) and that's approximately $6.60 per meal!

You're welcome, Sandy! I'm so glad you found so many recipes you enjoyed 🙂 That tip about serving size is good. I cook for my husband who eats a lot, but not everyone is doing that. That's interesting that you included the cost for each week- probably cheaper than most people think. I feel like Whole30 gets a bad rep for being so expensive. I thought the opposite! We cut out dairy (cheese, so much cheese!), snack foods, gf pasta, etc. and I think it equalled out in price.
Sounds like you really enjoyed Michele's recipes- that's great!
