These Chipotle Bacon Deviled Eggs are the perfect appetizer, snack, or meal! Easy to make and the most delicious eggs you'll ever have! Whole30, gluten free, and low carb.
I'm thrilled to share this mouthwatering recipe that combines creamy deviled eggs with smoky chipotle peppers and crispy bacon.
First, we start with perfectly boiled eggs, peeled and halved to reveal their golden yolks. Then, we whip up a creamy filling infused with the bold flavors of chipotle peppers, adding a spicy kick that will tantalize your taste buds. But we don't stop there. We top it with crunchy bacon, adding a satisfying crunch and rich, savory flavor to every bite.
The result? A delightful harmony of textures and tastes that will elevate your appetizer game to new heights.
If you have an Instant Pot then you have to make them in there. It's quick and easy and the peels just fall off. I have a post with all the details- Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs.
You can buy chipotle mayo, but it's also super easy to make if you want to make all the components. Homemade is more affordable, but convenience is nice too. Here's my recipe for homemade chipotle mayo that is so simple.
Tips for success
One tip I have when making these is to put the creamy mixture in a sandwich baggie and cut the tip off and squeeze the filling into the centers. That makes it clean and easy. I've been doing it that way for years and I love it!
These can be made ahead- just keep the eggs and mixture separate and fill right before serving. They are perfect for parties, as appetizers, and even as a meal.
Whether you're hosting a backyard barbecue, a family gathering, or simply craving a flavorful snack, these bacon deviled eggs are sure to impress.

These looks SO good. I was always curios about the Sir Kensington mayo, but I'm sure yours is better!
Jessica DeMay says
Thanks, Lindsey!! Sir Kensingtons is good and perfect for times when I'm too busy- but homemade is so much cheaper 😉
